Gold Physiological Test

Gold Physiological Test
The gold test includes a multitude of testing, enabling the greatest amount of data to be collected and therefore, minimises the risk of leaving anything to chance. Testing should be done regularly to assess the impact of the training programme. Gold test includes:
· Maximal aerobic power ramp test
· Maximal HR data
· Determination of HR training zones
· Determination of power output training zones
· Peak power test
· Full report and consultation


The Gold Physiological Test is available for 150 British Pound
