Dirk Cowley, of www.sportsbasonline.com, and coordinator of the RST January Training Camp, won the overall gold medal at the World Master's Stage Race Championships. Dirk is a fierce competitor that has earned the respect of cyclist world-wide. In addition to this achievement, Dirk was also named the Utah Cyclist of the Year.
