Triathlon coaching is available from RST Sport, with the same care and dedication that we afford to our cycle coaching. Whether you want to make it through an Ironman, challenge for an attempt at the World Championships, or try to smash your local triathlon, Coaches Neil and Ric will help you achieve your goals. We’ll cover all aspects of training, including strength and conditioning, and help you increase your fitness.

You are purchasing the Start Up Fee for the Triathlon Coaching Package. After payment you will be taken to our online Training Questionnaire, which you will need to complete. Once we receive your Start Up Fee payment and Questionnaire our Head of Coaching Services will contact you with regards to finding the most appropriate coach for you, and we will invoice you for the monthly coaching payment.
